Scuba Diving with the MY Whirlwind

The Tornado Marine fleet owns quite a few dive boats which cruises the Red Sea. Indeed, the slightly smaller Mistral is among the Whirlwind’s sisterships.

The dive deck of the M/Y Whirlwind was built with divers in mind and intends to facilitate the whole scuba diving operation. Indeed, you’ll find individual dive stations that allows plenty of space to gear up. Plus, there’s a convenient dive platform at the aft, which makes entries and exits to/from the water super easy. Also, the platform displays rinsing tanks and fresh water showers.

One Liveaboard feedback for “MY Whirlwind”

  1. Oh wow, still operating! Just dropping a few lines here as my “review” is outdated – I was on the Whirlwind boat over 5 years ago. Anyways, all I can say are great things. The food was excellent, the crew friendly and the dives where great, safe and everything. What else? The beds are comfy and showers were hot… not like warmish… hot! :)

Now I’m looking for another Red Sea vessel to try!
    Happy bubbles!
