Divemaster or Instructor SSI or NAUI

The Dive Academy , experts in splashology has been operating for 10 years in the buzzing town of Las Terrenas and has been expanding every year, and is now looking for the right candidate reinforce the dive team.

We are looking for a DiveMaster or Instructor to join and reinforce our team. We offer all courses up to DiveMaster and instructor, so the position could be filled by an experienced instructor, but we are also happy to take on a new instructor or divemaster (possibility of an instructor course for the right candidate). We are looking for long-term candidates willing to commit for 1 year, with possibility of turning into permanent staff . We offer basic salary based on experience and qualification as well as commissions on dives and courses

What you will do :
preparing dive equipment and boats for diving
guiding dives (shore and boat)
conducting try scuba experiences ( if qualified)
teaching courses ( if instructor)
snorkel leading
maintening a clean and safe environment in the dive center
helping on tank fills
helping on sales and retail
preparing required documentation for divers
entering bookings in the booking system
as well as other daily operational tasks required for the smooth running of the operation
