The Cabins

The Sea Gypsy offers somewhat atypical accommodation for a liveaboard as it doesn’t have actual cabins. In fact, the “cabins” are called gazebos and they are outdoor sleeping spaces separated by mosquito nets and curtains. You will have a mattress, a pillow, and sheets. The gazebos are located on the main and upper decks. Also, when it comes to the bathrooms, you will find 3 of them and they are shared between all guests.

Sea Gypsy’s On-board Facilities

The Sea Gypsy features a galley where meals are prepared and an outdoor covered dining area. The chef proposes a mix of international dishes as well as traditional Thai and Burmese meals. Furthermore, the main deck is home to a spacious sundeck, where you will find bean bags and lounge chairs to enjoy the views over Myanmar.

The aft deck is home to the diving platform, where you will find a ladder to help with entries and exits when diving and snorkeling in the Mergui Archipelago. The Sea Gypsy offers everything you need for a diving liveaboard expedition, but the cruise is also snorkeler friendly. Plus, you’ll find kayaks on-board if you feel like putting the fins away and exploring Myanmar differently.
