Dive depth Shallow depth, 0-10m

This dive site is usualy called D Lagoon because it is very close to the guesthouse D Lagoon but the real name is actually Teluk Kerma. It is an easy shallow dive close to the shore with rocks on a sandy bottom. The coral is not fanstastic but the fish life is good. It is a shallow dive site so perfect for beginners and for underwater macro photography in the Perhentians.

Macro observation and photography spot. This location is a Reef. This is great place for spotting and diving with Sharks!

Best time to dive: the ideal period to plan holidays here is March to April. Access: Boat. See the map of D Lagoon on the right for the exact location.

  2. Very disappointing : most of the coral is now dead. It used to be wonderful but that was … two years ago, before the heat wave ! Don’t go.

    1. Yes I went there 2 years ago and it was quite good, nothing awsome but still interesting for snorkelling or night diving.
