Terumbu Tiga is one of the best diving sites in Perhenthians islands. It is also known as ‘the Three Brothers’. As it is further away from the main land, the visibility is usually very good. The fish life is very rich with all of the usual reef fishes as well as pelagic fishes and blacktip sharks. Very nice coral formation, barrel sponges and sea fans. Between the huge rocks, there are several small caves and swimthroughs perfect for underwater photography in this crystal clear water! Enjoy
Best time to dive: the ideal period to plan holidays here isMarch to April. Access: from the Shore. See the map of Terumbu Tiga on the right for the exact location.

Diving Reviews for this region
Perhentian Islands
Nice and easy diving with nice coral and rich marine life. The snorkelling is very good with many harmless blacktip reef sharks.
This is my favourite dive site in Perhentian. Not only you get to see large marine life animals, small critters and nudibranches are spotted there too! I dived with Perhentian Island Resort and the dive professionals enjoy macro photography as much as their divers!
