Ko Torinla West dive site like Ko Torinla East is a superb wall dive in Surin Island with splendid coral. The hard coral formations are really among the best in Thailand. Maximum depth is 40 meters and this dive site is better suited to divers with a bit of experience. The spot is located on the west side of Ko Torinla and on the South of Koh Surin Island. The current is usually gentle and the visibility ranges from 20 to 30 meters. The best way to dive this site is by liveaboard from Phuket or Khao Lak but it is possible to go there on a day trip.
Best time to dive: the ideal period to plan holidays here isOctober to November. Access: from the Shore. See the map of Ko Torinla West on the right for the exact location.
