Koh Chi dive site is located North of Koh Surin Island. The spot consists of a gentle slope and granite boulders worth exploring. The marine life is superb and the hard coral is really healthy as it often is in Ko Surin National park. You can see many pelagic fishes like Giant trevallies, Barracudas and Dogtooth Tunas. Photographers can have a chance to spot the superb ribbon eel. However the current can be strong on this site so always plan your dive carefully. When the conditions are right it can make a really good drift dive!
Best time to dive: the ideal period to plan holidays here isOctober to November. Access: from the Shore. See the map of Koh Chi on the right for the exact location.
