Bavaria dive boat review
The MV Bavaria is a 28 meters liveaboard offering diving cruises in the Andaman Sea, with both Thailand and Myanmar on its dive map. Indeed, the ship was built in 2016 with scuba diving in mind and now runs diving cruise itineraries including the Mergui Archipelago and the numerous Thai Islands.

The Cabins
The MV Bavaria welcomes up to 24 guests on each diving cruise itinerary. Indeed, the boat welcomes divers in 12 air-conditioned cabins located on the main and lower decks. The cabins are furnished with either a double bed or two twin beds. Plus, 10 of the rooms have their own ensuite bathroom, while two cabins have shared bathrooms.

MV Bavaria’s On-Board Facilities
The boat offers plenty of space for you to enjoy, both indoors and outdoors. First, you will find an outdoor lounge and dining area at the aft of the upper deck. Plus, the top deck features loungers and offers the best views of the cruise, either in Myanmar or Thailand’s waters.

Furthermore, indoor you will find a salon featuring a television with a complete entertainment system. Plus, the salon is air-conditioned and also has books and games. The MV Bavaria also offers Thai massages on-board so you can relax after a long day diving in Thailand or Myanmar.

Scuba Diving with the MV Bavaria
In terms of scuba diving facilities, the MV Bavaria’s got your back. Indeed, you can rent your equipment with them and travel light. Plus, nitrox is available on-board. At the aft on the main deck, you will find the dive deck and platform. There’s plenty of space to store your belongings and individual stations to gear up and get ready for the best dive sites of the Andaman Sea. The MV Bavaria proudly boasts to always dive in small groups of 4 to 6 divers per guide.
