Eco Explorer’s on-board facilities
Just like it’s expected to be on such a large vessel, the Eco Explorer offers more than enough space to enjoy some privacy during a busy week! Indeed, inside and out, the dive vessel features spacious rooms and areas where you will be comfortable and feel a little like home.
Moreover, the very top deck is home to a restaurant-like covered dining area. Also, as you can see on the picture below, there is a central bar where you can get refreshments and drinks.
.
First, you should know that the indoor areas are fully air-conditioned. Now, you will find a sizable salon with a full entertainment system and media library to enjoy, located on the main deck. Furthermore, if you head to the upper deck (what they call the A deck) you will be pleased to find a jacuzzi! Plus, this is the main sundeck, featuring plenty of cushioned loungers.
.
.
Vessel Layout
The Eco Explorer is the biggest vessel of the Expeditions Liveaboard Fleet, which also owns the Stella Maris and the Borneo Explorer.
.
Scuba Diving with the Eco Explorer
At the aft of the upper deck is where you will find the Eco Explorer’s diving center. As you should expect, the dive boat is fitted with all the best and latest marin navigation and safety technologies. Also, available on-board for renting are sets of complete diving equipment as well as air compressor and NITROX membrane system.
Finally, with two 27 meters diving tenders and a professional, highly skilled, crew you are all set for a great diving adventure!
