Divemaster or Divemaster in training

We are looking for a certified diver/office/sales person to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• On the boat: assist instructor with clients in a friendly and responsible manner
• In the office: sales, social media management, receive reservations, respond to inquiries

Qualifications and requirements:

• Must speak fluent English and at least basic Spanish
• Doesn't have to be a Divemaster but must be a certified diver with the ambition to continue their education
• Outgoing, friendly and animated is a must
• Easy to adapt with a day on the boat or a day in the office
• Experience in teaching is a plus too but not mandatory.
• Passionate and outgoing person who is willing to grow personally and professionally with us.
• (Professional qualifications), include highly motivated individuals, with the ability to work in teams, a strong sense of security, high-risk management and customer satisfaction, assiduous and punctual, and flexible in the tasks to be performed, as well as flexible in working hours. We are looking for someone who is proactive, outgoing, enthusiastic, and well-driven towards customers' experience.
