Job Description:
Merlin Divers offers a 3-month internship program for divers and non-divers aspiring to achieve a Dive Guide or Divemaster certification. During the internship, candidates will gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in:

• Customer service
• Dive planning
• In-water supervision
• Equipment maintenance and servicing

Interns will work as Dive Guides, which qualifies them for a job reference upon successful completion of the program.

The program includes assisting instructors with diving courses, covering planning, conducting, and adhering to course standards. This prepares interns for a future career as diving instructors. By the end of the program, candidates will have completed 100 to 120 dives.

Qualifications:

• Competent swimmer
• Physically and mentally fit for scuba diving
• Basic English communication skills
• Sufficient funds to live in Phuket for 3 months
