Cruise Director Trainee

Brief Job Description

• Managing customer relation on board
• Coordinate the needs of customer with the crew to make sure its done
• Payment collections on purchases made before and during the trip
• Stock Management and Reporting
• Communicate to crew messages and/or instructions from Head Office

Working terms

• Company will provide and process all visa and permits to work on board
• 4 full working month (including weekends) and 1 month off
• Monthly salary + Tips + Potential to earn a commission for Sales on Board
• Benefit of buying dive equipment through company at corporate discount rate

Minimum Criteria

• Certified OWSI
• Have own set of dive gear
• Ability to speak English and Indonesian. Ability to speak Chinese will a very good added advantage.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• 5 years working experience in any industry. Min 2-3 years of corporate experience would be an added advantage. 1-2 years working experience in diving industry would be a plus. 1-2 year working experience with Liveaboards in Indonesia would be an extra plus.

Good to Have

• Good understanding of underwater photography and ability to take video and photo under water.
• Knowledge in graphic designing (advertisements, video editing, etc).
