Ko Yawabon dive site is located not far from Koh Phi Phi Island about 5km south of Ao Nang. It is a reef with many small tunnels and caves. The 50 meters long swim-through can only be explored by experienced divers with the right equipment! The depth ranges from 12 m to 15 m. The Marine life is good on the dive site with many blue spotted sting rays and Leopard sharks.
This is a Cave diving spot, make sure you have all required certifications. This location is a Reef.
You can dive Ko Yawabon all year long. Access: from the Shore. See the map of Ko Yawabon on the right for the exact location.

Was diving the cave twice in november/ early december 2013.
No current, pretty good visibility, a damn good dive guide made it a unique experience. Saw leopard shark sharing his ‘home’ (the corner he was in) with a muray, a blue dotted manta. And in the far left a corner with more than a dozend lobster.
Close to the cave’s end there is a sort of dome so you can go up the surface here, fresh air comes in. And a spooky effect causes some ten-second-fog occurences, amazing.
When redoing the cave two weeks later all written above was the same.
