Hin Dot is a superb diving site in Koh Phi Phi. The spot is also called Chimney Rock. It consists of 3 superb submerged pinnacles from 28 meters on a sandy bottom to 5 meters deep. The 3 magnificent chimneys are covered with hard and soft coral. It is one of the best dive sites of Koh Phi Phi island. The spot is a great multi level dive suitable for all divers but better to be Padi Open Water Advanced or CMAS 2 stars if you want to explore the deeper part of the pinnacle where Leopard Sharks usually rest. The reef life around the Hin Dot is amazing, often with a big school of trevallies and barracudas hanging around. The site is located just outside Tonsai Bay. Current can sometimes be strong in this spot.
You can dive Hin Dot all year long. Access: from the Shore. See the map of Hin Dot on the right for the exact location.
