I have been working as a dive pro as well as operations manager for the past 3years. More recently I have been assisting managing on a conservation team.
My goal is to expand my knowledge and skill set through work in a team that encourages growth and development.

Experience
As a full time Dive Master and later an instructor at Roctopus Dive responsibilities have been divided between operations work and dive work.
Operations involved the development of skills necessary to manage a dive shop, and a large responsibility in the of day to day functions of the business. Operations requires a high level of organisation skills and the ability to show initiative.
The organisation educates individuals on coral reef ecology and offers a platform for them to engage in underwater reef conservation projects. This has involved teaching students and long-term interns, leading dive expeditions, and conducting underwater research. All courses taught involve teaching students from a wide range.
Since the introduction of travel restrictions to and from Thailand responsibilities have remained between managing the new artificial reefs, long term research projects, conducting surveys, leading survey teams and assisting on new research.
