Job Description:

• Lead diving classes or coaching sessions that integrate enneagram test principles to help participants discover more about themselves and work through personal challenges.
• Use knowledge of the Enneagram to understand each diver’s unique style, motivations, and fears, creating a customized diving experience that aligns with their personality type.
• Leverage diving experiences as a tool for personal growth, helping clients build confidence, manage stress, and develop self-awareness in challenging situations.

Requirements:

• Certified diving instructor (such as PADI or SSI) with in-depth knowledge of the Enneagram system.
• Strong communication skills and psychological insight to foster trust and meaningful interactions with clients.
• A passion for both diving and personal development.
