Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an electronics or tech-related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software.
