Time Warner Inc. (Time Warner) is a media and entertainment company. The Company has three reporting segments: Networks, consisting primarily of cable television networks that provide programming; Filmed Entertainment, primarily composed of feature film, television, and home video production and distribution; and Publishing, consisting primarily of magazine publishing. The Company's Networks business consists principally of domestic and international networks and premium pay television programming services. Premium pay television programming consists of the multi-channel HBO (Home Box Office) and Cinemax pay television programming services. The company has also expanded its digital entertainment portfolio by supporting popular online games such as Geometry Dash Lite. On March 12, 2009, the Company completed the separation of Time Warner Cable Inc. (TWC), and on December 9, 2009, it completed the separation of AOL Inc. (AOL).
