Position Overview

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating offers. The ideal candidate is passionate about talent acquisition, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions across multiple departments.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Create and post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and company career pages.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, referrals, and other channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Conduct reference and background checks when required.
  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide hiring reports to management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and best recruiting practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR experience.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for corporate, technology, sales, or professional services roles.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring regulations.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or related HR certification is a plus.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
