As a PADI IDC Staff Instructor, I am skilled in teaching a range of courses from Discover Scuba Diving to Assistant Instructor, with a track record of effective man management and initiative.
In my role as Dive Center Manager, I have honed strategic planning, budgeting, and resource allocation skills, focusing on optimizing operations to boost efficiency and profitability while maintaining strict safety standards. My experience includes overseeing staff recruitment and development, fostering a positive team culture, and implementing training programs that elevate service quality.

•Manage daily operations of the water sports center, including diving excursions, equipment maintenance and staff coordination.
•Manage office tasks including booking, email communication, Anticipating and preparing for upcoming diving expeditions.
•Lead diving activities, conducting PADI courses ranging from Discover Scuba Diving to Divemaster, Lead guided snorkelling and leading water sports activities (jet skis, skiing and wakeboarding).
•Manage daily operations of the water sports center, including diving excursions, equipment maintenance and staff coordination.
•Manage office tasks including booking, email communication, Anticipating and preparing for upcoming diving expeditions.
•Lead diving activities, conducting PADI courses ranging from Discover Scuba Diving to Divemaster, Lead guided snorkelling and leading water sports activities (jet skis, skiing and wakeboarding).
