Let’s first introduce myself, my name is Glauco, I’m Brazilian/Italian (I hold double citizenship), I am a PADI MSDT and SSI Speciality Instructor. I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated Instructor, also, I have an extensive range of Speciality Instructor Ratings including Nitrox, Deep, Wreck, Equipment Specialty, Digital Underwater Photography, Search & Recovery, Night Dive, etc and I’ve experienced with equipment and compressor maintenance. I possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, I’m hardworking, flexible and trustworthy and have a positive professional attitude. I have a proven track record of delivering exceptional dive courses and have proved to be a credit to the dive operations I have previously worked with.

I’ve quite a lot of experience in the Dive Industry and in the past years I’ve been working as a dive instructor in different dive shops form a small dive shop to a 5 Stars Dive Resorts, I’ve been teaching all kinds of courses from Bubble Makers till Divemasters with different kind of customers (ages, nationalities) and with different sea conditions like strong currents and cold water.

I worked in different places like Thailand, Caribbean, Greece, Cyprus and Portugal.

I speak fluently and I can teach in 3 different languages “English, Portuguese and Spanish” plus I have a good knowledge of the Italian language as well.

In addition to a deep passion for diving, I have over 11 years experience of working in high-level customer service, sales and marketing fields. I am therefore committed to providing a high-quality service to customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Also, my sales background gives me the ability to sell further courses/equipment in a much more ‘customer friendly’ manner. I also have extensive experience in generating new business and utilising contacts to improve turnover. I am in excellent health and have an exceptional sickness record.
