The Page Management Staff will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our company's online presence across various platforms. This role involves responding to customer inquiries, creating engaging content, monitoring social media interactions, and ensuring timely updates to our digital pages. Key Responsibilities

  1. Customer Interaction
    • Respond promptly and professionally to messages, comments, and inquiries on company pages (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Provide accurate information about products and services while maintaining a friendly tone.
  2. Content Management
    • Create and schedule engaging posts, including images, videos, and captions.
    • Update company profiles and pages with the latest news, promotions, and product launches.
  3. Analytics and Monitoring
    • Track page performance metrics and report on engagement rates, follower growth, and trends.
    • Monitor and address customer feedback to enhance user satisfaction.
  4. Collaboration
    • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
    • Provide insights and suggestions for improving online engagement strategies.
  5. Crisis Management
    • Handle negative feedback or issues on social media platforms with professionalism and tact.
    • Escalate critical matters to relevant departments when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in social media management, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and page management tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools are preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
