Description
Dive Guide Adventures is a new SSI dive centre based in Gdańsk (finalizing location). We're building something from the ground up and looking for a Divemaster or Instructor to grow with us.
Experience is welcome, but attitude matters more. We want someone who connects genuinely with clients, takes pride in safe and memorable diving, and shares a real ambition to make a positive contribution to the industry.
What we're looking for:
- Certified Divemaster or Instructor (SSI, PADI, or equivalent — crossover supported)
- Strong rapport with clients and a service mindset
- Holds a driving licence / has a car
- Willing to travel within Poland and abroad (liveaboard trips and guiding)
- Self-directed; we value clarity and ownership over micromanagement
