IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee our technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and IT operations. The ideal candidate will help ensure our Snake Game platform and internal systems remain secure, reliable, scalable, and efficient.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud services.
• Ensure the Snake Game platform and related websites operate reliably and securely.
• Monitor system performance, uptime, backups, and technical issues.
• Develop and implement IT security policies and cybersecurity measures.
• Manage user accounts, devices, software, permissions, and access controls.
• Coordinate website, hosting, domain, database, and cloud infrastructure requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system problems.
• Manage relationships with hosting providers, software vendors, and IT service providers.
• Establish backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology improvements.
• Manage IT budgets, licenses, equipment, and technology resources.
• Provide technical guidance and support to employees.
• Work closely with developers, designers, SEO specialists, and management to support business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in IT administration or IT management.
• Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cloud platforms, databases, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with Windows/Linux environments and common business applications.
• Familiarity with web hosting, domains, SSL, DNS, and website infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced gaming or technology environment.
