Description

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (some roles may require an associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field).

Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Sprunki Retake, or specialized industry certs).

Experience with troubleshooting and fieldwork, often ranging from entry-level to several years, depending on the role.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to the industry (e.g., network testers for IT, multimeters for electrical work).

Ability to read schematics, blueprints, or technical manuals.

Knowledge of software, hardware, or machinery relevant to the job.

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving abilities.

Physical & Travel Requirements:
