Experience
• During my time with Euro Divers Maldives, I managed their dive operations on 3 different islands including Eriyadu Island Resort, NH Collection Havodda & Kagi Island Resort & Spa.
• Activities that I organized and managed through these centres included scuba diving, snorkelling, water sports (motorized and non-motorized) and excursions.
Managed administrative and daily operational tasks for reopening of the center and getting it up and running for the Taj hotel clients.
Handled the recruitment process for the new team of the center after their reopening after the Covid-19 pandemic.
• Involved in planning and organizing of daily activities.
• Conducted private snorkelling and diving trips.
• Critically involved in organizing and conducting several dive courses and
snorkeling trips for groups of military personnel from both British and French
Military.
• Involved in daily dive planning and organization of the dive center which
included customer booking, accounts, dive equipment and compressor
maintenance.
• Organized and successfully set up a retail outlet for ScubaPro at the dive center.
• Managed their marketing plan with the affiliated resort Sea Shells Resort and
increased their flow of customers.
• Achieved Master Scuba Diver Trainer Rating. Primarily conducted PADI Courses at Buddha View Dive resort to gain experience.
• Freelanced and acquired my own clients and worked with several other dive
centers on the island conducting courses and also as a dive guide for certified divers.
• Dive Guide and Assisted in PADI Courses ranging from DSD Programs to Dive
Master Courses.
• Incorporated as a Sales Assistant in the company’s retail and wholesale sector
primarily dealing in PADI and Scubapro products.
• In charge of organizing regular sales workshops for the staff
• Promoted to the role of Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and managed the daily dive planning and operations of the dive center.
