Job Summary:

As a Business Intern at Epic Games Studio, you will work closely with our business development and strategy teams to support a variety of tasks aimed at driving our growth and operational success. This internship offers valuable exposure to the business side of the gaming industry and a chance to develop skills that are essential for a successful career in business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive analysis, and market opportunities to provide actionable insights.
• Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data, customer feedback, and other key metrics to help inform strategic decisions.
• Project Support: Collaborate on ongoing projects, including new business initiatives, partnerships, and marketing campaigns.
• Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings, project progress, and business performance.
• Administrative Tasks: Support the team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing documentation.
• Client Interaction: Assist in maintaining relationships with clients and partners, including preparing communications and follow-ups.
• Strategy Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions and strategy development meetings, providing fresh perspectives and ideas.

Qualifications:

• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or a recent graduate.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and effectively.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and productive atmosphere.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
