Banana Bay is located on the East side of Racha Noi Island. It is a popular spot for diving courses and for Snorkelling. The reef slope is going down to 30 meters deep. You may spot a Leopard Shark sleeping on the sandy bottom along with all of the usual reef fishes of Phuket area. The visibility is usually very good around Racha Noi and ranges from 15 meters to 30 meters depending on the seaon and weather. You can easily organise a snorkelling day tour in Banana Bay from Phuket Island.

This location is a Reef.

You can dive Banana Bay all year long. Access: from the Shore. See the map of Banana Bay on the right for the exact location.
