MV Ari Queen dive boat review
The 33 meters Ari Queen is a Maldives Liveaboard, taking you to the most famous atolls such as north and south Male as well as the Ari Atolls. Built in 2009, the Ari Queen is lucky to have an on-board team who’s experience is older than the dive boat (+/- 15 years!).
.
Boat Cabins & Layout
The Ari Queen welcomes a maximum of 24 guests. The ship has 10 cabins, all en-suite bathrooms with individually controlled air-conditioning, storage and warm water showers. The six cabins located on the lower deck have 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The main and upper decks each have 2 cabins, either deluxe rooms or suites. They features sea view windows, mini-bars and a flat screen TV.

Ari Queen On-board Facilities
The dive boat was clearly built to be comfortable and conveniently spacious. There is a huge dining area where you will enjoy delicious meals, which the chef cooks fresh everyday!
Moreover, there is an indoor salon where you can take advantage of a full entertainment system.
.
Furthermore, you will find a spacious, shaded lounging area outdoor. There is a bar, tables and chairs as well as cushioned loungers available for your convenience. Also, walk up a few stairs and you’ll find a spacious sundeck from which you can admire the ever changing view and work on your tan!

Vessel Layout
The Ari Queen offers amazing scuba diving routes in the Maldives. It’s a stable vessel, equipped with the latest technologies and safety features.
The Ari Queen can compare to the Amba, which was built in 2004, is slightly bigger and hosting the same number of guests. That being said, the Ari Queen is a newer boat and slightly faster than it’s counterpart.
.
Diving with the Ari Queen
The professional dive crew of the Ari Queen is apparently the vessel’s pride. With ample space for dive gear storage and all installations ready for air and nitrox fillings, the Ari Queen is all set for some great scuba diving. There is a sizable dhoni to assist in the diving operation and make drop-offs and pick-ups easier!
Whale Sharks, sharks, Rays and all kind of tropical fish awaits in the clear Maldivian waters!
Price starts at 1,327$US for 8 days / 7 nights – Classic Central

Hi divers!
This boat, looks good to me ? Can anyone tell me about their personal experience ?
I’m looking forward to book a nice vessel but need a reasonable price ! The Ari Queen seems nice, i’d like a individual’s thought on that though! Or I was looking into the Sachika … Any comparison ?
Thank you!
I´ve been 3 times (December 2017, 2018 and 2019) on this boat. The fact that I was 3 times, and I hope many, many more, says it all. Excellent dives and the best food ever!
