Bird Rock dive site is also called the Chinese Valley. It is a famous spot to observe giant Moray eels, but dont get too close of them
There are nice boulders and swim-throughs worth exploring. In the shallow water on the west of wall, there is a nice coral Garden, a perfect place for a safety stop! This dive site is not very popular and liveaboards cruising around the Similan Islands rarely stop here. There can be strong currents occasionally but it is not really an issue.
This location is a Reef.
Best time to dive: the ideal period to plan holidays here isOctober to November. Access: from the Shore. See the map of Bird Rock on the right for the exact location.
